  • I used to do a lot of emotional eating too :( what I find helps me is to set a timer, to like an hour, and say to myself, if I can wait until the timer goes off and I still want it, I'll have it. That really works for me because 99% of the time it's a temporary craving! By the end of the hour I'm fine. Best of luck!
