This was a good work out day plus 45 mins of shoveling! My best friend has had a lot of success with a very low carb diet. I am going to do a modified form of that diet while still keeping up with my exercise and MFP!

Hi all, Happy Valentines Day! I worked out this morning, but this is my night for eating after 5:00 and I am enjoying that this evening. My calorie goals will be ok today, but next week is college tours/traveling and I will not be able to stop eating at 5:00. :( Wish me luck!

I am proud that I made myself get through the entire 45 minutes on the stairmaster. But I am thrilled that I figured out that my fit bit will count the steps as long as I do not hold onto the handles! It is a very good day! :p

Clothing sizes can be such a mind game. Very, very demoralizing at times. Since you have lost weight you are probably looking and feeling so much better buy what fits and looks great on you and then cut out the size tag! Don't let it define you! Remove it and forget it! And enjoy how you look!

Cravings have both a physiological and psychological basis. Sometimes willpower alone is not enough. Many doctors urge people to simply try to hesitate, hold off and BREATHE! I am willing to bet that you FEEL better too! 14 lbs is a huge accomplishment! If you did not take measurements at the start, maybe you would like to do it now in order to be able to compare?
