Losing the gluten really has been a game changer for me as well!! I'm glad you were able to figure out the cause as well! My doctors had me on water pills for years before I gave up the meds and went all natural and finally gluten free.

Thank you!! Since the youngest turned 18 this year I am now the proud mamma of TWO adult children... I'm still a little in shock myself...lol :D

You would think it was the SLE Lupus, Fibromyalgia, or maybe even the Cancer!? But no, it was when my normally low blood pressure became hypertensive and the type 2 diabetes crept in. Not afraid of needles, just not real keen on the idea of stabbing myself everyday over something that I can fix with a healthier lifestyle!…

These pictures are an inspiration for sure! Love being able to come to the forums and see peoples progress. But seeing people in my own height range is 10 times better. It gives me realistic inspiration!! I'm 5' 0" HW:195 CW:179 GW:120. I have a long ways to go, but I hope one day soon I'll be posting my progress pictures…
