Thanks for the replies, it sounds like something I'll have to try! How do you guys pack meals to go though without including processed carbs? Neanderthin, I agree it would undoubtedly have to give on some occasions, to not offend some relative at a yearly gathering for instance haha:) In cases like that I'd be ok with it.
