I've got over a 100 lbs to lose too, lifting cardio and reasonable cals here, so I doubt I'll be 100 lighter by the end of the year, but wouldn't that be nice! Sending a friend request!

Hi numiah! Thank you! I'm on the band wagon too! Haven't limited it to grams yet, but trying to keep it around 25% of my total diet. Before it was easily half of my daily intake.

25 here and *newly* into lifting, which is obvious by my doughy physic lol. Currently doing the LiveFit program. Protein powder, thermogenics, vitamins, 1800 cals a day for now. Hi! Do you all have a program that you're following? I lost just over 90lbs 8 years ago, but only kept it off for 2 because I totally shot my metabolism. That's what you get for cutting cals too low and then eating a bunch of takeout, I suppose! Going to add weights this time around and keep cals reasonable ^_^
