Rainy fall day here. We have had rain for a solid week but that has not kept me from my steps. Have had to do treadmill and jog in place at home but it is still exercise. Was up a lb from being away for weekend. But have lost .4 of that. So still happy about being in my 123 range at 122.6 . Constant vigilance is the key. You guys help me so much.

122.6 for me today. Away this weekend with eating out. So did pretty good to just gain .8. Am also on prednisone for my sinus polyps so very challenging this week. It makes me so hungry. But this is my 3rd day and I have actually lost .4 since back from the weekend. So just trying to eat nutritious food if I do overdo it.…

Helped brother clean another garage bay at dad's house. My sister is taking dad's house. And we are still cleaning it out. Plus I got in my 10,000 steps.

That is something to be proud of Janice. I find walking actually helps with busy and hectic times. It gives us more energy and helps clear our minds to get back to our life challenges. Only two more days. We have all done so well,, Can't wait to see final results. I was away this week-end but still managed to get my 10,000 steps in. Hope all these steps have helped in our weight loss.
