Last time I had this app I faithfully used it and lost 38lbs in 4months, in a very healthy way. Turned into a gym rat and weighed all my food and ate 6 small meals a day. Unfortunately I lost motivation and found all that weight had found me again. Looking for that motivation again.

I am definitely IN!!! I could use some motivation! Anyone that wants to friend request me would be great! I want to lose 80 but definitely doing it in small goal moderations to prevent frustration.

I currently weigh 238 and in total want to lose 80lbs but I am setting smaller goals to prevent discouragement. I can't remember how to add people but I am definitely in need of motivation.
