  • Next time I'm on computer I'll check to see if you are on if not I'll add. May be a couple days. If someone else will help sooner that would be great.
  • Hormones play a part especially when we are counting the tenth of a pound:) depending on the time if month ..... Don't give up. Exercise and eating healthy is never in vain

  • So email the link to yourself. Open the link on a computer (I use computers at local library ) and u can edit. I'm tech impaired but I did it! Hope this helps.
  • MFP helped sooo much. I lost 23 lbs in 4 months. The holidays hit and I gained 7ish. Just take one day at a time. Keep your eye on the goal. Losing your 17 will feel much better than that candy bar. :) Ga

  • Went out to chinese with friends. I was so determined to just eat green beans, chicken on a stick, and healthier things. As soon as I walked in and smelled the food, I lost it.   • So my husband is taking me to steak and shake for supper. I decided ahead of time what I was going to order, added it to my diary, and ate the rest of the day accordingly to stay under calories. Genius! The weekend is hard as I'm off my routine. I WILL lose this weight! I'm gonna take one day at a time.
  • I lost 20 lbs then got off track. Yes, it is just as hard now because people are complimenting me on my weight loss and telling me how good I look. My motivation might not be as great as before. Set a goal and have a reason to stick to it!

  • I had a super stressful day at work. Talk of cutting hours and benefits. I was so tempted to run to chocolate god comfort. I went to goodwill instead and looked at cute clothes. I stayed within my calories today. One day at a time snd by May I WILL be down to my goal!

  • MFP works! I'm 5' 3" started at 163 my dr told me to eat 1500 calories a day. I lost 20 lbs in 5 months just logging calories. Fell off wagon during holidays and gained some back . I want to lose 10. I want to encourage and be encouraged getting back on track!
