Yes it's a low carb high fat. But I'm leaning more towards high protein.

I have only lost 4 lbs and this Sunday will be two weeks. I started at 181 and now 177lbs. I don't know why I'm losing so slow . I even bought the key tone strips to make sure I was in ketosis. This first 3 days I used them I was at moderate but this morning I was at small. Do you use them?

Not yet it has just been slow. I really have a hard time reaching my calories. That's why I cut it back. Yesterday my calorie intake was only 760 for the day. But I am eating my 3 meals a day. When you eat clean the calories just are not there.

Hi. I have also been getting comments from family members.I know the feeling, In January I drinking soda and trust me I was addicted to mt. Dew. Now I javelin cut myself from 1200 calories to 1000. I have lost 12 lbs. since Jan 1 :-)
