This is such a great idea! I do great all day but at night I turn into a Hoover and gobble up all the treats. I try not to bring many into the house but I also don’t want to deprive myself. Next time I will do the portions! Thanks!

I am right there with you! I lost my job and it’s really bummed me out and I guess when I am bummed I eat and drink a bit more than I should 😬 I would love to have some accountability buddies to help me stay motivated.
