do this for yourself and straight up tell him he's being unsupportive and ask what u need :) resentment builds negative emotion appetites ! just coming from my experience :) take it with a grain of salt ..but donughts really ? that would be annoying, good luck !

night time is tough for me too.. especially if skimp during the day ! Im trying to have bigger breakfasts and lunch but the plan might backfire lol

Hi Im new to the group and I luv to eat healthy in good quantity to fuel up.. learning balance and getting into exercise more.. theres no way Id start eating to few calories while increasing exercise ! Doesn't make sense to me .. looking for results.. but priority is energy :) now hopefully both as I get fit

pepsi max can't be 5 Cal.. thats probably the only thing I saw.. your meals look healthy just add a bit too them .. you'll probably won't want to reach for soda with more food nutrients in ya to keep energy levels up... but yeah i guess its a bit rude telling u what and what not to to eat ! My opinion :)

I woke up last night at 3 am had two tablespoons of peanut butter, some pineapple juice to wash it down then went back to bed.. as if my body woke up to say what are u doing to me ? lol logged it as snack today :)

I empathize with you.. meds are so difficult and a vicious cycle in that situation. Although not for bi polar I have gained weight through medication .. it was hard when the appetite wouldn't shut down, energy levels low, and yet u can't seem to see a way out.. not t o mention metabolism and med dynamics ...

meds for depression... even though I was actually anemic, not depressed... eight years later a better doctor and the pounds are dropping back.. can't wait to feel how I did before that nightmare
