On the days with no kids I run errands. On the days I have a kid I end up cleaning the house and goofing around with her.

This is what my therapist says. He uses an admittedly bad analogy of sitting through traffic to go to work. You get up, knowingly sit through traffic to get to a job you might not like but you have to do it and ultimately you just do it.
