Going over my calories by 500 got me up and moving again lol I did 12,193 steps today. I was going through a lazy faze.

Ok I have been a lazy but this month and weather, and not feeling great was supporting the lazy cause... Have been eating well just not walking well I went over by 500 calories lol that what it took to get me back on track walked them off and am over my 10,000 steps goal for the day. I'm back on track... I hope to stay…

AWESOME! Everyone's best is different we are here to encourage each other we challenge ourself. When I started this month I was only doing around that much too the more I walked the more I walked lol. But listen to your body don't over due it too quick. You did the hardest part YOU STARTED! Keep stepping!

3/26 Baby it's cold outside... The wind makes it worse but I did manage to get 10,560 steps in. Been having issues with my knee so I am not going to push it.

A few days I had to listen to my body and back off but for the most part I am doing well.

Yes you have the same option on the phone take a screen shot of your graph it will save in your photos then in the comment box look up on the right side there is a camera. Click it

It got cold here too we are getting snow OH JOY! LOL I am so ready for spring. But that is why I walked the way I did last night my building has 2 floors with stairs on both ends there are 2 parts I have to walk outside but both have a roof so I don't have to walk in the rain or snow unless it's really bad. Don't know why…

10,0044 steps including 11 flights of 17 steps up and down. Tomorrow will be a day of rest I will resume on Monday.

This is what determination looks like! It is pouring rain and windy here I went to go out and saw it started not to go for my morning walk...then determination kicked in!
