Hi MrFrank! Welcome back to MyFitnessPal! I have tried several different things as well, this is the plan that has helped me the most, I enjoy the freedom to make my own plan, going to the gym helps a lot too and family support, I can’t wait for nice weather to go for walks with my grandchildren.

Wow, this is great! So many people have things in common! I have been using the app for about a month and lost 15.5 lbs so far!! I have about 100 more to go...my husband had been dieting a little longer and has lost 42! This app really helps! I am so happy to read everyone's stories.
