Thank you!! These are all such good suggestions. Last night I was able to fight the urge thank to all the tips. I guess the trick is keeping it up :s tonight will be another challenge. But knowing I'm not the know one struggling with this really helps! You guys are amazing

Thank you! I really appreciate this. I'll try and plan my meals ahead of time. I'm actually trying to form an eating schedule now, to ensure I get all the nutrients I need. Hopefully this will help stop the urge of bringing at night :a I'm really hoping.

Heyy. I'm in the same boat. I'm at a normal weight for my height as well (more on the heavier side) but my eating habits sucks. I need motivation as well! I'm new to this app so I have no idea how to add friends or anything like that

Don't be held down fear! Slap fear in the face and tell it to go away! You are In control, believe this. Have faith in yourself and in your capabilities. I believe you can do it :) I have faith that there is something in you that wants to succeed. Make this be your driving force to that success!
