I know that...my use of the word exercise in this instance was synonymous with task. But...it would depend on how heavy the fridge door is and how many reps are completed, although that would seriously deteriorate the quality of the food stores in it and increase the power bill.

Interesting exercise, I've never really had a good look at what is in my fridge before.
