My NSV using fitness pal exercising on indoor bike everyday up to 1 hour , creating new habit been doing it a month! Pretty happy with that , I have been fasting past year now incorporating nice berries and yogurt if not Advo on toast late mornings . Two main meals a day! Yes love to be able to find it on the app and no two have timer to show us how we going total no of fasted days ect. Like I am day 115 I think . Would love this app to have this feature make it easy to find thanxs

Hi I am on day 111 I think fasting manly 16/8 might be 18 or 15 some days. Yes I am on 1200 if I eat 1500 which I don’t I wouldn’t loose. I am losing slowly half kilo to kilo a week. Havnt been walking I think that’s the key. Was unwell happy to have lost one kg off my first goal total 14 or 15 kg. Good luck everyone lots…

Hi that sounds good , can I ask what protein powder as I don’t know which one to buy! Yes eggs are so good as is Greek yogurt chia seeds and Advocado have it all time. I had pickles but ran out . I am fasting 100 days it’s so good with the app it really helps to see all the nutritional value in food what has soo much…

Suggestion ; u can buy low carb wraps plus bagel or shake Greek yogurt berries is good . Or I skip breakfast break fast between 11-1 what ever suits lol good luck
