Mix a snack size cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I enjoy Dannon Light & Fit) w/ 2 Tbs. of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. Freeze it (then thaw a bit before eating) for a FroYo texture, or enjoy it as is.

Homemade Chocolate FroYo: Get a snack size cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I like Dannon Light & Fit). Mix it well with 2 Tbs. of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. Freeze if you want a frozen yogurt (thaw a bit before eating) or enjoy it as is!

Mix 2 Tbs. of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder w/ a snack size Vanilla Greek Yogurt cup. You may freeze it to make it more like FroYo (& de-thaw it when ready to eat) or enjoy as is. Only 100 calories!

Quinoa Taco Salad: 1/3 c cooked quinoa 2 Tbs. cooked corn 2 Tbs. canned black beans 2 Tbs. Monterey or Pepper Jack Cheese Your Choice of Taco Spices Handful of Lettuce A bit of sour cream & salsa if you wish. There are tons of recipes on Pinterest! That's where I get most of mine. I myself have enjoyed Quinoa Taco Salad w/ Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips, Quinoa Chili, Curried Quinoa, Honey-Lime-Quinoa Stuffed Sweet Potatoes, & different Quinoa Salads.
