Great to know. I'm going to spend all day tomorrow packing up a 20ft container with boxes laying around a 200m hallway. While not officially exercise I'm definitely going to be burning some serious calories! I'll use my fitbit to time it.

Hi everyone. For those you of who are having trouble editing using the sheets app on the first go, what has worked for me is opening the doc on a desktop/laptop first then it works fine from mobile devices afterwards because it would already be saved as one of your documents. Hope this helps!

Yes, I always take both calorie intake and calorie burn estimates with a grain of salt. I use Fitbit and MFP for calorie estimates. But yesterday I went pretty hard: 20 mins circuit training, 30 minute cardio kickboxing, 45 mins martial arts training. I'm hoping after all of that I burned at least 1000 calories. :smile:
