Thanks everyone for sharing your progress and who've noticed/length of time. As cwolfman13 stated it can sometime be taboo at times but it's motivating for me when someone has truly noticed your hard work :)

Thanks everyone for sharing....this really gives me comfort to know I'm doing the right thing.....LOL Because I swear some days I feel like I'm eating TONS!!!
