  • Excellent point. Some of them I could easily the ingredients and nutrient label aside a snickers and not be able to tell the difference. I usually eat Quest bars. What do people think of those?
  • I try to eat enough protein too, but when I do my mini meals look like eggs for breakfast, turkey and small fruit for snack, more turkey or chicken with a carb and veggie, snack yogurt or cottage cheese, and dinner protien and veggie carb.   • Going with a friend or training buddy works well for me. I too have insecurities and days where I just don't want to go because of physical or emotional reasons, but knowing I am meeting someone keeps me on track and I always am glad I went.
  • I found that the older microwaves burn the popcorn this way. I love burnt popcorn and tried to burn it in my brand new microwave and couldn't. At school...I'm a teacher...I used the old old old one in the staff room and burns easily. Also, I never use a clip. I just fold the top a few times. Happy popping.
