No artificial sweetener pre-workout energy supp
So I've recently discovered my body does not do well with sucralose, aspartame etc. I love throwing a pre workout mix into my water but don't want the side effects of those chemicals. Does anyone know of a good pre workout mix that is more natural? Stevia is ok.

My roommate has been so,d on this by a friend. He claims it will help him Loewe weight without changing his diet. It costs $150 a month!! I looked at all the ingredients and it looks like a very expensive multi-vitamin with lots of caffeine. Input?

Whoa! Just realized about cals in sugar free gum.
I ate 2 packs of orbit throughout the day because I like to eat two at a time. There are 14 in a pack. Anyhow around an extra 84 calories that I have not been logging. I guess I better start logging it. And guess who is not going to chew so much gum now? Yep--me.

I saw someone refer another to this group and thought I might check it out myself. I suffer from occasional bulemia. I do this behavior maybe a couple times a year when things bet real stressful but I have the mentality always. Would love to start up a support group.

If i wake up at 2 am and am hungry...
and eat some raw veggies, an apple and water would you add on more exercise the next day, eat a smaller breakfast, maybe skipping the carb portion and just log the fruit and veggies in the breakfast part the next am or all of those things?
