This week I'm going to only have something to drink if I wake up in the middle of the night. Not an alcoholic drink. I'm going to track how many days I do well. Tonight will be my first lol.

    I'm just making a self commitment to myself. A little week challenge to help me work on what I struggle with. I was just opening it up to others to post their week goal. It's ok if others don't. I think it just helps to be very intentional about breaking habits and getting support. :)
