Whoa! Just realized about cals in sugar free gum.

I ate 2 packs of orbit throughout the day because I like to eat two at a time. There are 14 in a pack. Anyhow around an extra 84 calories that I have not been logging. I guess I better start logging it. And guess who is not going to chew so much gum now? Yep--me.

    Ah, 'hidden' calories. It's easy to do. If you like the gum just keep eating it ;). You're fine.

    I have trident and they have less than 5 calories. No big deal.
