I’m 5’4 and half lol sleeved on 6/9/2017 HW recorded-271 though I’m sure I was up to about 285lbs. But I refused to get on a scale. CW-179.8 GW-140 for now thinking more like 125. I’m always looking for more motivating friends. Feel free to add me!

My mini goal is to hit 170 by my birthday March 28th. I’m about 10lbs away.

I’ve lost 90lbs pretty quick(since about June)and I do have lose skin. I still want to loss some more weight but I plan on having my lose skin fixed once I reach goal weight. I’d much rather have the lose skin than the fat that’s for sure. I have notice my arms starting to firm up. Good luck to you!

Me too! I’ve been stuck in a stall for over a month! SW-270 CW-193 GW-120-125 so I’ve got a ways to go! I know I’ll hit it in 2018 though!

My family swears I have it. I went to a plastic surgery to change somethings I didn't like(on my face). He wanted to know who told me I was ugly and suggested counseling rather than surgery. I don't see what other people see it's really frustrating.

Naked so I get the most accurate results.

I weigh daily first thing in the am. I actually like doing it. It helps to keep me motivated and to evaluate the day before (what I ate, activity, emotions, ect.) I've learned a lot about my body by doing this.

I go through this same thing! Even when I'm not losing weight I'm losing inches I know this is good because my body is catching up with my weight loss but I still get pretty depressed. I shouldn't but unfortunately I live by my scale. I know it's not healthy it's just the way I am. I'm working on it though. It takes time.…

I use premier protein. I like the strawberry and vanilla. They're 160calories, 30grams of protein and I think 1gram of sugar. I only do this because I can't get enough nutrition in. I would much rather be eating food then having a shake but they're good for on the go. This was recommended to me by my doctor and dietitian.…
