I saw this post and laugh to myself. I remember when I had a misconception that it was healthy. Then I started tracking my calories. @happilymegan I tend to feel quite lazy after all three. Doesn't really fit into my new active lifestyle. Well I guess depends on the time.. Maybe I could burn enough calories to indulging in all of them and make up for my guilty feelings hmmmm..... @tjkita~ Sex while eating tacos for sure a win, win. Then nap..

Are usually just grab a protein bar or shake for lunch and breakfast. I do a snack around 10 AM I just carry a cheese stick with me. My favorite protein bar is the Powerbar peanut butter caramel. They have 12 g of protein but they also have 12 g of sugar.

Idk, I think it depends on the person. I don't wear panties with them. I hate the lines but I also don't go to the gym. I workout outside or at home.

I don't but I do drink a lot of the Lipton diet green tea. I find it curbs my Appetite. It's also 0calorie and it's really tasty. You just have to make sure you drink enough water with it. My dietician said it will dehydrated you.

I try to eat 5-6times a day 200-250 calories at a time. I find this to satisfy me. I workout in the evenings so I try to save my last meal/ snack time for after. I eat high protein too I think that's what helps me the most.

I don't get the flu shot. I haven't gotten it in 12 or 13 years and don't plan on getting it anytime soon. The last time I remember having the actual flu and not just 24 hour bug is may be 15 years ago.
