I think you dont eat enough. Read this http://eatmore2weighless.com/about-em2wl/. I am disabled and hardly do any activity and eat more and lose weight. Lost about 10 kg starting jan 2015. And eat between the 1500 and 1900 cal. Have to lose about 2 kg and than I'm at a healthy BMI ;)

Did you calculate your BMR and TDEE?? And than take 20% off your TDEE thats your cal aim. Dont underestamate your activity level. If you eat close to that number and eat healthy foods , the weight must go down. But be honest with yourself and log and weigh your food, even the oil you use to prepare everything. Portion…

Have you calculated your BMR and TDEE? Never go under your BMR< thats just the minimum to breathe and sleep, Go 15% under the TDEE and try to eat protein rich food in the morning, Eat 6 meals daily incl nuts , fruits, dried fruits, no sugar added. Oats full fat yoghurts and you will succeed.

Why don't you calculate your BMR and TDEE and than set mfp on what you calculated ae TDEE minus 15%
