Very frustrated, I had a great week staying on track but very little exercise. I'm up 2 lbs :( Also had movie theater popcorn Friday night and it was LOADED with sodium. Gonna get my butt walking this week and stay away from sodium.

Just ate a bag of chewy sweet tarts. I was dying for something sweet and it was the best choice calorie and fat wise in our little market place at work.
