I, too, am curious of this. I see that the field with 365 can be updated, but what are the parameters to not get an error when changing to say 730 or 1460? Edit: I was able to set the export up to 1100 days, but no matter what (default 365 or more) the information does not appear to export to the Check_in tab before…

What is this phone thing you speak of? And chat? Has anyone ever done that?

I tried Alli, when it first came out. I did not have any side affects, but it probably was because I had cut way back on fats and things that this drug helps resolve. I would say the theory of it is that if you eat badly, you are going to be penalized physically. There are many other ways to lose weight without punishing…

I used to go with a friend to 24 Hour Fitness, I would do my same bike warmup for 15m, then weights, then other stuff, before a cooldown. He would warmup for 30 seconds...lol...then head to weights and was ready go to home like 18 1/2 minutes after we got there. After awhile, he just did his thing and I did mine. A bit…

Shameless Billy Joel (original from Storm Front) Garth Brooks (remake from Ropin' the Wind) Can guess version people are more familiar with? lol

I track, like others do here, because I want to remember to take my vitamins. I do need to get more Niacin, but that is something I think about when it's not on my list of what I took :)

If I am really in a time crunch and know it will be hectic, to boot, I get the Clif MAX Protein Bars. I like the cookie dough one and chocolate chip. I also keep a few regular clif bars, though I don't really consider those a meal replacement. The Clif Builder are almost a meal replacement, but have great flavors.

Looking for people with a FitBit. I have the Charge HR and love it. It would be awesome if you happen to be in the Seattle area and do the Greenlake loop among other things. I tend to average about 11-12k steps per day, but my daily goal is 13k, with many days way over and a couple a week under. LET'S DO THIS!!!…

For me, the biggest, and most important thing in losing ~19 pounds officially (during the year, I had gotten up to the mid to upper 240s) but ended the year at 219.4 (had to look at my weight tracking) and another ~13lbs this year, so far! is that my asthma rarely acts up. This was my issue/excuse for not walking more,…

I am looking for people who post daily (or at least most of the days, it does happen to most people they miss a day here or there, that's we are all, nearly all of us, mostly human...hehe) and it would be a plus to add FitBit Friends. I tend to do between 8-10k steps most days with my daily goal of 13k. Working toward…

I love my HR. It keeps me focused and I like the watch band. It gives me more input on my sleep patterns and my resting heartrate. Get if it if will be that extra daily push, but ultimately you have to get your self one foot in front of the other. Good luck! :)

Problem is Splenda is processed, too. If they used actual Stevia, that would be awesome but ultimately Pepsi and Coke both have their own (Reb A & B) which are both processed. ugg

Sarcasm becomes you. I tend to type *insert sarcastic comment here* It helps when you have met or voice chatted with someone, as I have had many times where people don't get my Carlin humor.

Always looking for people to connect with. The only thing I have run into so far, and I guess bound to happen, I had someone freak out (won't say who it is, that sux to out people, but such is life), because, oh no, I am a guy. I want to lose weight and be healthy like anyone else, why freak out over the fact that a guy is…

I am looking for people who are possibly starting tomorrow (2/8) or Monday 2/9. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Okay, I had to be the joker of the group. But, seriously, looking for people to connect with. Even cooler, if you are in the Seattle area :)

So, I see this great group/post and I am curious of some things. I am likely not the firs to wonder/think/ask this, but the following comes to mind: 1. As much as I would like to have dedicated running/jogging/walking shoes, I realistically have to use the shoes I have for my everyday shoes. It's not a financial option and…

You need Kramer's manzier. But, seriously, I got down to around 190lbs (6'1" tall) and I still have them, though not as much as I do now and am around 215lbs. I hope I can work through this, they really really bug me, not to the point where I will get surgery, but still.

I am not sure where to start, here, so i am posting. I would be interested in finding a mentor, preferably in the Seattle area, as this makes me be more accountable. My biggest thing is someone who wants to get out, enjoy the Seattle rain, for a walk, moving up to faster walking/jogging/running, possibly biking, Greenlake…

I walk a lot (at least according to my RL friends) with an average the past 2-3 months of 90 minutes of walking and 7500 steps per day along with about 2 1/2 to 3 miles, too. I think it's good to get yourself going and then work on intensity (my next step though I tend to average about 3.25mph over the course of the month…
-
This time is different as my doctor said I need to work on my cholesterol and high blood pressure and also said I need to get out and exercise, preferably 45 minutes, 5x per week, when I already usually average more than twice that, which means I need to up the intensity AND eat healthier, consistently. 1. My first thing…
