I'll help you as possible and hope to find help back. My objective is to workout everydays and specially my legs and abs. I don't want my body to starve to lose weight.only eat in an healthy wayyyyy:)

Food is so unhealthy over here you can't imagine and I'm getting fat so need motivation to lose weightttttt. :)
