Same boat. Did drop sets yesterday morning then had kickboxing class. At the end I had a 1283 calorie deficiency. Ate some dinner to bring it to a 778 deficiency. Woke up and I gained 1.6 lbs. I was 2 oz from my milestone weight :'(

I am 39 5ft 1 and started in January at 164 and a tight size 14. My goal is 130. Today I am at 146.2 & I just got home from old navy where I found out I'm a loose size 10. YAY HAPPY DANCE.

Im 5 ft 1 and found i axtually needed to bumo up my calories. I lost nada at 1200 found out my tdee was 1331 and as soon as i started esting that the lbs started falling i recrntly got stuck. . I redid my tdee and found it gad jumped to 1476 so im at 1400 a nice round #. You may want to consider bumping up. o:)

I am in the same boat. Started at 164 in January and am down to 148. I have added light weight lifting to my regime at the advice of my kick boxing instructor. It has helped. I was stuck at 151 for ages. Try some light weights.. I use my hubbys 10 pounders and my 4 pounders...I hope this helps. Congrats on the wedding and…

That's not healthy. You need to check your bmr and eat as close to that as you can get eating less is not the answer. MFP gave me 1200 and i went stir crazy wondering why the scale didn't move. Changed my calories to 1331 my actual bmr and the lbs address falling off. You have to eat to lose.

This is great advice i'm a faithful every morning hop on the scale girl. I got a new digital one yesterday that tells me the fat muscle and bone info. It says i weigh 1 lb less that what my old scale tells me. So today i love it tomorrow probably not as much.

Dear OP I feel your pain. Yesterday i went to CVS and bought 2 packs of peeps. I love them and couldn't help myself. Yesterday i ate 4 bunnies. Today i ate the remainder 8 and went over my calories for the first time in 3 months. Don't feel bad. It happens. Log your food and keep it rollin tomorrow is a new day.

At the start of winter I went to Macy's and bought a pair of booys I could not zip up. I could not wear these lovely boots for 2 and a half months... now 10 lbs later i can fit in my Guess Extra wide calf boots with a smidge of room..don't give up hope. The calves will shrivel
