I think I’d cave on this real fast or I would love this idea. Out of curiosity what time do you use your 4 on? Even when I’m on a fast day I struggle to not eat by noon because that is when I was previously eating between 12-8.

My first goal is around 50 more lbs (3.5 stone) but ideally I would like closer to 5. My Calorie goal is 1230, feel free to add me! I have open diary- more to hold me accountable when I am tempted than anything. I'd love friends who are in the same place on here!

This is by far my favorite thread!!! Whenever I am feeling a lack of motivation I hop on here and look at all of you guys fantastic progress!!!! You all should be so thrilled with where you have come to now. Someday I am hoping to have my own before and after story.

I had previously been using the 16:8 and loved it, someone then recommended the 5:2. I am seeing results but I do find myself dreading those two days of fasting a week. I am averaging around 2 lbs a week with 5:2.
