In that case I would recommend taking it up via PM with the OP, since they don't seem to be here anymore.

Feel free to create your own helpful flow chart and share it. This one has been very helpful for lots of people.

Marry me.

How much do I have to pay you? The reaction you're getting is typical of this forum, because most people who make posts like this are promoting something. With that said, the most helpful thing you can do in the forums is browse threads about topics you're familiar with and chime in with knowledge that you have when it…

This.

Then drink tea with caffeine and skip the laxatives. And get sleep. Oh, and food and exercise help too.'
-
Coffee and a good night of sleep. Also diet and exercise, but you didn't want to hear that.

I *spewed* coffee all over my phone, the couch and a little on my dog LOLing at this. IFLY. In for kittens and beets. They go delightfully with salads. (The beets, not the kittens- just to be clear).

My thoughts exactly. Water weight fluctuation.
-
Ugh. I cannot be friends with you anymore.

Sounds like pretty basic seasonings and marinade to me. What's so unhealthy about it?
-
Clearly you don't get the jokes.

At least it was an accident. TPBM doesn't even lift, bro.

Losing more than 2 lbs per week is unsafe and can hurt you in the long run. You don't want to lose lean body mass or suffer the consequences of malnutrition. I am turning 30 in a few weeks and I get it- I started MFP when I turned 29 for the same reason. But there are a LOT of people here that will back me up in saying…
-
You're still well below the recommended minimum for men, which is 1500. If MFP says you will lose at 1800, why would you deprive yourself of 800+ calories?
-
I'm glad to see you're reading along. Unfortunately, I think you missed a big point. There is no "jump starting" losing weight. What you're referring to is a fast loss of water weight and it will always come back unfortunately. Your calories out includes not only your exercise, but what your body burns by being alive. If…

+1 No need to share with the class, @kshama2001

Unfortunately, "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" is less of a documentary and more of a money maker for the producers. I highly recommend taking the advice above and reevaluating your plan. This juice diet you're talking about is way under calories for you and will leave you malnourished, susceptible to feeling like crap and…

I'm still confused. Shouldn't one be deadlifting way more than what they bench? Someone help me out here. If you're progressing every week 5-10 lbs, then you just started dead lifting last week?
-
I don't buy it. I've been lifting for a month- I'm a runner and I don't usually do more than basic strength training. I STARTED at dead lifting 95 pounds and I'm 5'2" and 117 pounds. You need to progress higher if you want to see progress.
-
Are you progressively lifting more or staying at the same weight over time? I guess I'm surprised because I deadlift twice that.
-
This would really interfere with my 30 days of indulgences plan.
-
What would happen if your blood sugar were 0?
-
Dang. I applaud you and your stomach.

Well, there goes our friendship...

It was Wednesday? Veggies is a dirty word? Exclamation points are evil?

Well, that's all I had. *cheers*

Jumping in this zombie thread because it's time to get real. The tingling sensation is not fat burning. It's more likely a symptom of hyperglycemia, dehydration, poor circulation or micronutrient deficiency. Anyone experiencing this should go to a doctor.

I thought I was going to have to come on here and yell about spot reducing. Well done, OP.
