  • Thank you! I actually just did a little while ago and it was only 9 calories different on my cut and 20 calories different on my TDEE. Since it's such a slight difference I'll stick to what the trainer has me on. And I'm sure I'll have questions. I'm absorbing right now. So. Much. To. Learn!
