I bought the Fitbit charge HR, I tried the polar loop and decided for me that the Fitbit was best for me. I get you, I hate when that happens but I wouldn't be too hard on yourself and since sleep is important I would find a light snack suck as a banana, some cracker with water, small glass warm milk or tart cherry juice :)

Well then can someone recommend a good workout drink or supplement? I do eat fairly healthy and I workout at the gym 3-4 times a week. I am just looking for something with can give me a boost when I do my workouts as somedays I feel sluggish and don't have enough energy for a good workout.
