Spent 6 months training in the gym with a pt, never lost 1 lb and I had 30 of them spare! However my shape did change and I got much stronger.

I echo the other posters and add why not eat real food that will satisfy you more and be nutrionally better? You could have eggs, mushroom, spinach on 1 slice brown toast for the same value as the bran. And that's just breakfast! Protein and salad for lunch. Protein like fish, chicken or turkey, stirfry veggies for dinner.…

5'3" This is my second week using mfp. Sw: 75.3kg Cw: 73.9kg Gw: 65/63kg I'm quite curvy and carry muscle as I have exercised all of my life in some form or another. It doesn't actually suit me to be at the lower end of my recommended weight so will see when I get to 65kgs if I want to lose anymore.

I restarted mfp last week. I've done none of the things you have done. No exercise other than walking the dog for the obligatory 30 mins daily. No water, it's too cold at the moment I can only drink water when it's warm. I've still eaten bread, pasta, chocolate and biscuits, I've had wine

You need to bulk out your meals with more veg/salad. For me the more carbs I eat the more carbs I grave, same with sugar. Are you prepping, cooking your own food?
