  • 5'4" HW: 148 lbs CW: 132 lbs GW: 120 lbs I do cardio 6 times a week and weight training once a week. My "rest day" I still do something, just not hard on my body so I do zumba. I eat 1200 cals a day unless my body needs more (which you should listen to your body)
