I put the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar in the microwave for 15 seconds - comes out just like a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie - SO GOOD!!!

I have noticed that my kids often ask for snacks when they are bored and watching tv, so the more we play family games at night, or just hang out together, the less they care about snacks. But keep up the good work, parenting is the hardest job!

Squat, Deadlift, shoulder press. mix it up with weights and reps, and add other lifts (bench, overhead squat, front squat), and do bodyweight stuff as well (pushups, pullups). Just have fun with it.

Keep practicing, and flick the wrists. You will start stringing them together soon, but practice every day. I am now stringing together 20-22, where I was just at 10 3 months ago.

I mix mine with water and drink it directly after working out. I have found the less water the better. There are tons of flavors out there, i saw mint chocolate the other day.

Basically personal training, workouts planned for you, motivation, wodify (digital tracking of progress), nutrition advice, a great community, and a ton of fun - all rolled into one. I know I never worked out as hard, and never went as much, and never saw such great results at a regular gym. Worth every penny for me!!!!

I caught a wall ball with my face and gave myself a fat lip a few weeks ago. I also was doing a pull-up with a band and it slipped off my foot and came up and smacked me in the crotch. Oh well, I still love it.

CrossFit has gotten me in the best shape, hands down. Between running, 30 day shred, and just lifting weights alone, I got bored with all those and gave them up or slacked big time. CrossFit is never boring, and pushes you to work hard. And I have only been doing it 3 months, I can't wait to see what I look like in a year.
