I am 4' 10 and I have lost 22.5 pounds. I am fluctuating between 101 and 103 would like to loose about 5 more. Still have they blasted belly fat though, so I have been doing the ab exercises and weight training in hope of tightening that up.

We eat them all the time. Hubby mixes it up in the blender with a bit of cinnamon. He cooks them small so they are easier said to flip. We eat them with yogurt and fruit.

I am small framed too and my doctor also told me I don't need more than 1200 calories a day. I am only 4 foot 10 so my number of calories was based on what she told me. I never eat back the calories either. I try to stick to the 1200 it says I should have.

Scale was up for me too. I had been doing really well with sticking to my calorie limits and getting in 15,000 steps a day. Yesterday though, Turkey dinner, chocolate,alcohol. Back at it today though, lots of water too. Don't fret too much Laurie, you will drop back down in a few days

Banana pancakes. Mash really well 1 banana, add it to 2 eggs that are mixed really well. It works best if you do it in a blender. Then just pour pancake size scoops into the frying pan and cook just like you would a pancake. We usually put a tbsp of yogurt on them.

I am missing something too. The Fitbit does not add my exercise calories as a plus calories towards my total left. I am confused because mfp does. What am I missing?
