When it came to being mad, sad, upset, stressed or frustrated and think about wanting to go to mcdonalds that’s 3 stores down from where I work or Starbucks which is right next door. (I work in the mall). I think to myself, what do you want more, to be overweight…

What I mean is, the guy who is aesthetic and compares himself to a guy who is not aesthetic but is strong or big. That wouldn’t necessarily be an accurate comparison to do because obviously the stronger guy isn’t focused on…
  • @rheddmobile thanks man, appreciate it. Yeah, I notice I perform well when I have a good 20-25g of carbs in before my lifts. Because I feel like the carbs I consumed the night before doesn’t carry over in the morning as much.
  • Thank you, much appreciated. @100_PROOF_ I didn’t have a coach at those times, but from what I’ve been experiencing, I definitely should invest in one because my my knowledge around this subject may not be enough and maybe a coach can enlighten me with what could possibly be reasons for weight stalls.
