I've had foot pain too. Give it some good rest, ice, massage. My foot truly didn't feel better until i rested it for a good few days.

I love 21DF, I'm starting a new round on Monday! I've done it a number of times. I go on to try other things but I always come back to it, it's my favorite workout!

I don't always eat before a workout. I just get it in whenever I can. It's usually after my kids have fallen asleep for a nap in the afternoon.
