You might not be eating enough calories and drinking enough water during the day. Try saving your favorite meals for a little later in the day and a good last snack. I would recommend sugar free syrup, cinnamon powder and non fat milk. Maybe swap out some of the cups of coffee for decaf if too much caffeine is a problem. Use a scale to measure the syrup and milk, you don't need allot to make it taste good.
