Wow, that's my schedule exactly, except I'll have some black coffee first thing after waking up.
-
Really? How do you know?

Hi there. And welcome. I'm not doing Keto per se, but I am doing low carb. Trying to keep net carbs to 50 or less a day.
-
I agree wholeheartedly with your last point! There's a fairly large clan on here that are all "it's calories in and calories out and nothing else matters"! Complete hogwash! For a lot of people macros absolutely matter! If I eat a lot of carbs, I cannot lose weight, period! I've tried! Some people are more carb resistant…

17 days without a drink and I've dropped 9 1/2 pounds since then. Beer was my downfall, but it doesn't go well with trying to lose weight. The first week or so was tough, but now I don't miss it all and I love the results! Good luck everybody!

Not true. If cutting out sugar helps a person reduce their total calories, then it has everything to do with weight loss! If it makes no difference for you, then fine. No one method works for everyone.

Wow!

Got divorced a couple of years ago and I want to look good so I can attract the right person. And when I say the right person, I mean someone who is healthy, fit and active.

Have you seen the long term studies on drinking soda? Are you Saying that soda is just as good for you as water?
-
Screw the scale indeed! You look amazing!

While this statement is true, some people are more carb tolerant than others. If I eat more than 100 grams a day, I don't lose weight. Some people can eat 350 a day and lose. Unfortunately, I'm not one of those people.
-
You look fantastic!

Yeah So I just switched from a Fitbit to an Apple Watch and noticed the same thing. No more adjustments for steps, but it does record all my workouts and total calories burned. I had to change my profile back to lightly active from active because of the way it's doing it now.
-
You look amazing! Great work!
-
My Fitbit was very inaccurate, so I went to the Apple Watch.
-
Where's your gym? I think I need to visit!
-
I know how to open the activity app on my phone and then go to the sharing screen, but I don't even know what my username is or how to search for other people
-
Just got one too. I would love to add you.
-
Yeah you're basically running full speed at a pace of under 5 min per mile. I'm not sure how you would notice anyone saying anything to you at all!
-
Is your watch not synced with mfp? I just upgraded to an Apple Watch this week and it works perfectly! The Fitbit I was using was way overestimating my calorie burn. I'm finding the Apple Watch to be very accurate. Also, mfp is very generous on the calories they give for exercise.
-
Did what?
-
Glad someone said it!
-
A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step!
-
Haha!
-
It depends on what you've set your activity level to within the mfp app. So if you've set your activity level to active, it's going to only give you additional calories for going above what mfp has already calculated based on your activity level.

I have the blaze but I'm upgrading to the Apple Watch. The blaze is very inaccurate!

I have a Fitbit blaze and it's very inaccurate! I'm waiting for my Apple Watch to arrive.
