Leshon, Im so sorry to hear about your loss aswell, the change is hard but we can do it if we keep our minds focused on what we really want. Feeling good from the inside out at all times is definitely my goal! I also fear developing diabetes since sugar is my biggest addiction, but I know we can do it.. slowly and always…
