I don't think its bad to wonder about how many calories you eat. We all should care what goes in our bodies! But, you shouldn't obsess over it. It if gets in the way of living, maybe you should stop. I was the same way and still struggle with those feelings. I would keep counting but understand that you are human! Just try…

Hi! I am 5'4 and my starting weight was 256. I am currently 183 and have mine set to 1lb a week. Up until now I have been losing around 1.5-2 a week.

Once a week. But like you said, I ALWAYS fit in into my calories. Its only one meal, and I always keep it under 500 calories.

SW 252 GW 150-160 CW 183 I currently eat between 1200 and 1400. I burn around 150-200 calories through walking 5 days per week on my treadmill. I do not eat back my exercise calories.

5'4 SW - 252 CW - 182 GW - 150-160 (then go from there, but I like me at that size!) I eat between 1200 and 1400 per day and so far have been losing around 1.5-2 lbs per week. I burn about 200 calories a day walking on my treadmill.

MFP has a lot of "warning" that it gives. For example, it says my eggs are high in cholesterol. Don't fret!
