Right now I am happy with how I am eating and exercising . Doing really well and feel great. If I don't juice I would not eat fruit. Or would have to force fruit.

I have lost 2 lbs per day I have done 3. 10 day "reboots" (clean my system of all the bad stuff) I am pretty sure I have maxed out my 2 lbs per day loses. are you following any plan? the rebootwithjoe.com is really great.. go to library to get book for recipes. Kale = protein you will need a large variety of fruits and veggies.. reboot with joe recommends 80% veggies and 20% fruits in each juice/smoothie keep on juicing

thank y'all for reply to my juicing questions so fast. reboot is a term used in the juicing plan I am using. I am a computer my body does need to refresh, because it is stuck so much on sugar and fatty foods. this REBOOT is working for me now, my friend.
