How modified is your best rest at only 9 weeks along? There is a lot of conflicting data about bed rest but being sedentary for another 7 months would likely do more harm than good. :-/ Best of luck!

I love doing any Jillian Michaels DVD and PLYOMETRICS. It's getting a bit harder now that I'm almost in my third trimester with all of the jumping and kicking lol!! It took me the whole first trimester to figure it out for my body and activity level. I aim for 1500 ish but also allow myself an extra protein rich snack after my daily workouts. So far I have yet to gain but have tapered off losing (lost 16 lbs during the first 18 weeks). I'm 25 weeks along and finally maintaining. :)…
