  • I eat around that. I'd love to add you as a friend. My diary is open to friends. I've actually become fairly creative with my food. I will say though, that I will eat more if I exercise hard, but many of my meals are reasonable calorie wise. I up calories with snacks or smoothies usually.
  • If on the go, I really like low fat mozarella sticks. High in protein, low in fat and carbs, and about 60-70 calories. If you're at home and you have time, I love love love making brown rice cakes topped with almond butter and sliced banana. Sometimes I break off 1 square of extra dark chocolate to make into "dessert".…
