I usually get the chicken salad with lettuce, chicken, fajita veggies (you can ask for extra), brown rice, black beans, tomato salsa, tomatillo salsa. This adds up to 580. Walked/hiked for 1 hour 20minutes yesterday evening. That's a lot for me! Eating well too.
