I have recently been introduced to having 2 slices of prosciutto and 3 dried figs as a snack. About 170 calories, and it has a nice salty/sweet combination. The protein keeps me going for a while too. :)

Hi Jess, I also am trying to lose about 70 lbs. I am using the UP app to track my steps and sleep, and MFP for food. Having the step tracker has made me more aware of how much (little) I am moving, and I hope that will help me get motivated this time around. Feel free to add me. You can do it!
